What you will do

• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer issues effectively.
• Identify opportunities to retain and grow consumer and business relationships.
• Recommend appropriate deposit, loan, and other banking products and services.
• Educate customers about online, mobile, and ATM banking technology.
• Refer customers to other areas of the bank and build strong internal partnerships.
• Follow operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies and procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least one year of customer service and sales experience in banking, financial services, goal-driven retail sales, business-to-business sales, or relevant military administration, contracting, or civil affairs experience.
• Fingerprints and additional background checks may be required under NMLS regulations.
• Current full-time authorization to work in the United States is required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to build, deepen, and retain customer relationships.
• Knowledge of consumer and business deposit products, banking technology, and customer service practices.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree.
• Experience in banking, sales, investments, consumer lending, business banking, or business lending.
• Presentation skills and comfort with mobile and online banking services.
