Facility Manager

Location: Danderyd, Sweden; fully on-site. Occasional travel to other hirify.global sites across Sweden is required.

What you will do

• Manage facility vendors, service contracts, suppliers, and daily vendor relationships.
• Provide facility support to departments and the local management team.
• Oversee site health and safety compliance, physical security, and systematic fire prevention.
• Act as the primary contact for facility-related inquiries, service requests, and escalations.
• Coordinate facility projects, including office moves, space refits, and rebuilds.
• Maintain the relationship between hirify.global and the property landlord.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of professional experience in Facility Management services.
• Understanding of core facility systems, including HVAC and electrical systems.
• Experience managing vendors and assisting with budgets, plus project management and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace.
• Excellent written and spoken Swedish and English are required.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills; able to work autonomously while aligning with leadership.
