VP, Transformation & Product Leader (AI)

Location: Portland, Maine, USA; other locations include Chattanooga, Tennessee, USA and Atlanta, Georgia, USA.

Base salary: $163,700.00–$336,000.00 annually.

What you will do

• Establish and evolve the end-to-end Value Stream program structure, governance, coordination mechanisms, roadmaps, risk logs, and dependency logs.
• Align Value Stream scope, outcomes, priorities, sequencing, phasing, capability reuse, and enterprise roadmap integration with Value Stream Owners, sponsors, and run-team leaders.
• Monitor and resolve cross-value stream risks, issues, capability gaps, resource conflicts, and dependencies, escalating decisions when needed.
• Own Product Chapter standards, playbooks, methodologies, ways of working, backlog, minimum viable product, and value-realization frameworks.
• Represent Product in enterprise forums, drive adoption of consistent practices, and improve measures including standards adoption, talent retention, and product requirements cycle time.
• Coach and develop Product practitioners and leaders while enabling awareness, training, readiness, and partnerships for emerging technologies, AI, and automation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, product management, strategy, technology, or a related field.
• 15+ years of relevant experience and significant senior-level product management or product leadership experience in a complex, cross-functional organization.
• Proven experience coaching and developing Product Managers or Product leaders, with evidence of strengthened capability and career progression.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders, HR, and customer experience, data, and technology functions.
• Deep knowledge of product management fundamentals, including customer and business outcomes, product strategy, roadmaps, backlog management, requirements, minimum viable product, and value realization.
• Strong program and portfolio coordination skills covering roadmap integration, risk management, dependency management, governance, and executive-level escalation.
• Ability to establish enterprise standards and influence consistent adoption across distributed teams without relying solely on direct authority.
• Exceptional stakeholder management, facilitation, coaching, talent-development, and capability-building skills.
• Strategic and value-based decision-making skills, ability to synthesize complex information, identify enterprise patterns and dependencies, communicate decisions and actions, operate in ambiguity, and lead through influence and credibility.
