Senior Marketing Manager - Patient Support Systems (Medical Devices)

Location: Deerfield, Illinois, United States; flexible workplace policy with a required minimum number of onsite days

Salary: $144,000–$198,000 annually

What you will do

• Develop annual marketing plans using market insights, competitive intelligence, and pricing strategies.
• Coordinate US product launch strategies, objectives, tactics, KPIs, and training.
• Define go-to-market strategies, positioning, target customers, and value propositions with cross-functional teams.
• Partner with Sales to support deals and achieve revenue and market share goals for the Patient Support Systems portfolio.
• Provide marketing, sales, and technical support at events, customer sites, and workshops.
• Capture market trends, competitor activity, and KOL insights while collaborating with global teams on product development and differentiation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or an equivalent field; an advanced degree is preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in Product Management or Marketing, preferably in medical devices or capital equipment such as Med-Surg, ICU, or specialty beds.
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, analytical, creative, AI, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce, with an understanding of ERP systems.
• Ability to interpret technical manuals, technical bulletins, schematics, and other technical information.
• Must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.
