Project Coordinator, Cultivation (Cannabis)

Location: Markham, Canada; onsite

Salary: CAD 60,000–70,000 annually, based on experience, qualifications, and overall fit.

What you will do

• Coordinate multiple global cultivation projects, tracking timelines, deliverables, risks, roadblocks, and action items through completion.
• Support the Chief Cultivator, Special Projects, with strategic initiatives, project plans, documentation, presentations, travel, logistics, and expense coordination.
• Coordinate weekly global cultivation meetings, including agendas, facilitation, decision documentation, and follow-up.
• Collect, consolidate, and analyze cultivation metrics and KPIs; prepare dashboards, reports, and executive summaries.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration across cultivation sites and teams including Quality, Operational Excellence, Engineering, Business Integrations, and Supply Chain.
• Develop knowledge-sharing platforms, training resources, onboarding materials, and standardized processes for cultivation operations.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in project coordination, project management, program coordination, or operations support.
• Experience coordinating multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and managing competing priorities independently.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with the ability to analyze and summarize complex data.
• Experience preparing dashboards, reports, executive presentations, and actionable recommendations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, organizational, time management, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work onsite in Markham, Canada.

Nice to have

• Experience in agriculture, cultivation, manufacturing, food production, pharmaceuticals, cannabis, or another regulated industry.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional or global projects.
• Experience developing training materials, knowledge management systems, or continuous improvement initiatives.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Project, SharePoint, Teams, Power BI, or similar tools.
