Senior Director, Business Operations

Location: Onsite daily in Chantilly, Virginia; 4 days per week in person in Herndon or Arlington, with travel between offices and customer sites.

Salary: $250,000–$290,000 USD annually

What you will do

• Drive capability expansion and organic growth across existing Department of Warfare and Intelligence Community programs.
• Build strategic relationships with Cloud Service Providers, marketplace providers, prime contractors, and senior client stakeholders.
• Lead end-to-end proposal and capture activities, including RFIs, RFPs, Task Orders, and Market Surveys.
• Partner with engineering teams to integrate AWS, Oracle, Microsoft, Google, and other partner solutions into federal environments.
• Oversee program schedules, execution, delivery teams, customer satisfaction, and operational governance for core technical contracts.
• Manage Salesforce pipeline discipline, budgets, EAC/ETC tracking, and operational leadership development.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience, including 8+ years focused on Department of Defense or Intelligence Community customers.
• 5+ years of demonstrated success expanding capabilities in DoW and IC environments.
• Experience building relationships with CSPs, marketplace providers, prime contractors, and senior clients.
• Direct operational oversight of programs representing at least $50 million in annual revenue.
• Proven operational process improvement, financial management, and capability-growth experience.
• Active Top Secret / SCI clearance with polygraph required.
