Salary: $87,000–$117,000 per year, plus potential long-term incentives/equity and benefits.

What you will do

• Own urgent cross-functional problems and meaningful project work from diagnosis through implementation.
• Support investor diligence by assembling operational and financial analyses.
• Lead logistics for complex relocations of test cells, large machinery, laboratories, or other facilities with minimal downtime.
• Build durable business processes, including intake, reporting, and approval workflows.
• Recover critical projects by identifying blockers, clarifying ownership, and driving execution.
• Perform analyses for decisions such as site selection, make-versus-buy evaluations, and cost breakdowns.

Requirements

• Degree in engineering, a quantitative field, or finance.
• Strong academic record and evidence of delivering difficult or exceptional work early in a career.
• Strong analytical skills, including spreadsheet proficiency and the ability to build financial or operational models from scratch.
• Track record of completing challenging projects in academic, professional, entrepreneurial, research, or competition settings.
• Must work 100% onsite at the Centennial, Colorado headquarters.
• Must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, protected individual, or eligible to obtain the authorizations required under ITAR and EAR regulations.
