Operations Analyst - US Government Security

Location: New York, NY; on-site; must reside within 60 minutes of the office. Travel of 10–25% is required.

Salary: $70,000–$125,000 per year, plus potential equity, sign-on bonus, and other incentives.

What you will do

• Serve as the first responder for technical and non-technical issues, troubleshooting challenges with a solutions-first approach.
• Manage facility operations, including desk configurations, IT setups, HVAC, COMSEC, and vendor coordination.
• Identify and reduce bottlenecks, blockers, and operational friction affecting projects and delivery.
• Design and implement processes and tools that improve efficiency and resource utilization.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to scope initiatives, close process gaps, and deliver results on time, within budget, and to a high quality standard.
• Build expertise across critical operational areas and apply feedback to improve team and project outcomes.

Requirements

• US security clearance at the Secret designation or above.
• Experience providing desktop or user support in a fast-paced classified environment.
• Experience managing COMSEC equipment.
• Strong troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, judgment, organization, and attention to detail.
• Ability to learn technical concepts and communicate them clearly to others.
• Ability to work on-site in New York, NY, while residing within 60 minutes of the office.
