What you will do

• Lead planning and execution of mission-critical cybersecurity programs focused on reverse engineering and vulnerability research.
• Investigate complex software flaws and develop innovative mitigation strategies, including proof-of-concept exploits.
• Mentor technical experts and foster knowledge-sharing across the team.
• Author technical reports, white papers, vulnerability findings, and competitive proposals.
• Contribute to company strategy and deliver cybersecurity solutions aligned with National Security customer requirements.
• Manage client-facing technical communication and stakeholder relationships.

Requirements

• Advanced cybersecurity research expertise and experience leading complex RE/VR or R&D projects for National Security customers.
• Expert-level proficiency in at least two areas including C/C++, Assembly, disassemblers and decompilers, binary re-hosting, or greybox/blackbox fuzzing harnesses.
• Experience with attack surface triage, vulnerability identification, and proof-of-concept exploit development.
• Extensive technical mentorship, training, documentation, communication, and stakeholder management experience.
• Active Top Secret clearance and willingness to obtain and maintain an SCI clearance.

Nice to have

• Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Embedded systems binary reverse engineering across ARM, MIPS, or PPC, including RTOS, Linux, or bare-metal environments.
• Cryptographic design, trusted computing, digital signals, or network protocol analysis experience.
• Experience with accelerated RE/VR tools and recognized standing in the external technical community.
