Location: Lexington Park, Maryland, with 5 days on-site; travel to CONUS sites up to 25%.

Salary: $185,000–$200,000 per year.

What you will do

• Operate, install, configure, and maintain integrated systems, simulators, communications equipment, and test and measurement systems.
• Develop test plans, methodologies, scenarios, experiments, and data collection strategies for EW and SIGINT systems.
• Lead test events, security and vulnerability assessments, troubleshooting, client briefings, and final technical reports.
• Support systems engineering, integration, verification and validation, risk analysis, and supportability assessments.
• Analyze requirements, workflows, and system performance to recommend automation and capability improvements.
• Participate in technical working groups, conferences, cyber exercises, and demonstrations.

Requirements

• Current Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility is required.
• Six years of experience designing, developing, maintaining, or operating SIGINT systems.
• Three years of NAVAIR or NAWCAD experience.
• Knowledge of Department of War acquisition and systems engineering processes, DOT&E guidance, and EW test and evaluation.
• Experience with Naval Aviation SIGINT and EW systems, plus the ability to independently complete broad-scope projects or studies.
• Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, statistics, computer science, or data science, or an accepted equivalent combination of education and experience.
