Business Systems Analyst

Location: Huntsville, Alabama, United States; on-site

Salary: $150,000–$170,000 per year

What you will do

• Apply process improvement and business process reengineering methodologies to large-scale modernization projects.
• Design and implement modernized functional workflows using internet-related methodologies and principles.
• Lead organizational transitions and the adoption of automated business processes.
• Develop activity and data models, industry-informed business methods, and performance measurements.
• Facilitate interviews, training, and knowledge transfer across teams.
• Identify transition and technology-adoption risks and supervise reengineering specialists and web architects as required.

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in business systems analysis or process reengineering.
• Experience leading organizational transitions and implementing automated business processes.
• Expertise in data modeling and performance measurement assessment.
• Strong oral and written communication, training, and facilitation skills.
