What you will do

• Represent hirify.global as an expert communicator and technologist, helping deliver an amazing customer experience.
• Drive technical integration strategy and execution, tailoring implementation approaches to each customer's technical environment and business objectives.
• Quickly root-cause and identify technical issues, providing clear instructions to reproduce problems or drive new product specifications.
• Suggest improvements for customers day to day, directly impacting product direction.
• Ensure a fast, efficient, and effective process for surfacing bugs to Engineering.
• Improve collaboration with Sales and Customer Success by developing tools and enhancing documentation.

Requirements

• 3+ years experience in a Mobile Developer, Web Developer, Sales Engineer, or Solutions Engineer role at a B2B software technology company.
• Experience with mobile or web development and eagerness to learn and improve your skills. Familiarity with iOS, Android and their development tools.
• Working knowledge of Linux and/or Mac OS X command line.
• Comfortable discussing code; ability to read and write code is a plus (Python, Java, Objective-C, Swift, Kotlin, or JS preferred).
• A curiosity for how things work and the ability to apply your experience of using tools and resources to come to a resolution.
• Excellent communication skills and comfortability writing and speaking with people to help them solve their issues.
• High competency and low ego, you have a passion for helping people both inside and outside of your company.

Nice to have

• Diploma in Computer Science, Mathematics or related discipline preferred
