Head of Supply Chain (Aerospace)

Location: Centennial, Colorado, United States. The role is subject to U.S. ITAR and EAR export-control requirements.

Salary: $182,000–$230,000 per year, plus potential long-term incentives, equity, flexible PTO, and other benefits.

What you will do

• Own and scale the supply chain organization across buying, inventory, logistics, and forward-deployed manufacturing engineering.
• Qualify and onboard suppliers for turbomachinery, mechanical systems, and structures.
• Manage supplier relationships from scope and quoting through first article, production, and recovery.
• Structure performance-driven contracts covering delivery, quality, and cost reduction.
• Provide supplier data, cost analysis, and lead-time information for make-versus-buy decisions.
• Define supplier-performance metrics, deploy manufacturing engineers to critical suppliers, and build visibility into schedule, risk, and escalation.

Requirements

• Engineering background with experience designing or building products or systems.
• Track record of improving supplier performance and delivering against difficult commitments.
• Experience building and scaling teams in a high-pressure environment.
• Experience managing supplier qualification, contracts, production delivery, and recovery.
• Must meet U.S. ITAR and EAR eligibility requirements: U.S. citizenship, lawful permanent residency, protected-individual status, or eligibility to obtain the required U.S. Department of State authorizations.
