Production Technician (Manufacturing)

Location: Based in Malta; candidates must be willing and able to relocate to Malta.

Minimum salary: €24,000 annually, excluding allowances, overtime, and bonuses.

What you will do

• Operate and monitor production equipment to support performance, product quality, and production schedules.
• Perform corrective and preventive maintenance on assigned equipment.
• Support engineering teams with the installation, validation, and implementation of new processes and improvements.
• Maintain digital maintenance and production records and report equipment issues and improvement opportunities.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe production environment in line with GMP standards.

Requirements

• Fully qualified at MQF Level 4 in an electrical or mechanical qualification.
• Previous experience as a production technician or in a similar role.
• Experience with industrial manufacturing equipment.
• Technical ability to read blueprints, manuals, and technical drawings.
• Strong troubleshooting skills, attention to detail, and physical fitness.
• Understanding of safety regulations and procedures.

Nice to have

• Wireman license A and/or B.
