Shift Leader IPU HPG 80 - 100% (f/m/d) (Industrial Electronics)

What you will do

• Supervise shift-team progress against production work plans and ensure proper use of machinery, equipment, and assembly lines.
• Coordinate shift orders, staffing movements, and work-plan execution during vacations, absences, machine outages, and changing priorities.
• Reinforce production volume, efficiency, quality, and on-time delivery targets.
• Lead cooperation during shifts and support the resolution of technical, quality, and logistics issues.
• Provide feedback and recommendations to production management regarding line organization and critical situations.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in UPS assembly or the civil/industrial electrical field.
• Experience in industrial electronics, electronic and mechanical assembly, quality checks, production lines, and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of production planning tools, safety checks, timekeeping, and product-quality monitoring.
• Experience using SAP, Microsoft tools, and quality-tracking tools.
• Professional communication in Italian and English is required.
• Interest in production planning and human-resources management.
