ERP Workstream Manager (ERP)

Location: Hybrid role based in the Dublin or Cork office, Ireland

What you will do

• Lead the Resource Management, Project Delivery, and Operations workstream within a group-wide ERP implementation.
• Partner with Operations, Project Delivery, Service Delivery, Resource Management, Finance, HR/HCM, and implementation partners throughout the project lifecycle.
• Clarify requirements, define reporting needs, review solution designs and configurations, and identify gaps between requirements and standard ERP functionality.
• Identify required customisations, scope requirements, and review proposed system designs and builds.
• Coordinate workstream project management, reporting, escalations, and interfaces with Finance, HCM, and other workstreams.
• Lead the design, implementation, and adoption of resource allocation, capacity planning, utilisation management, forecasting, workforce planning, governance, and reporting capabilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering, computer science, or a related field.
• 10–15 years of experience delivering ERP-enabled transformation programmes, including resource management, capacity planning, workforce planning, project delivery, or operations workstreams.
• Experience in engineering, project-based, professional services, consulting, or similar environments.
• Experience with resource management systems, workforce planning, project portfolio management, or professional services automation solutions.
• Demonstrated experience with resource allocation, capacity and demand management, utilisation tracking, forecasting, resource governance, reporting, and cross-functional integrations.
• Project management certification such as PMP or PRINCE2 is advantageous.

Nice to have

• Experience with Deltek, Workday, Clarity PPM, Planview, Oracle PPM, SAP PPM, SAP PS, Dynamics 365 Project Operations, or similar platforms.
• Digital business analytics qualifications.
