Team Leader Waferstage (Manufacturing)

Location: Veldhoven, Netherlands; two-shift schedule with partial cleanroom work

What you will do

• Manage a Waferstage manufacturing team of approximately 10–12 engineers and own the work center or shift.
• Secure move-rate capability at waferstage test facilities and monitor actual performance while coaching engineers.
• Plan and deliver production output within quality, delivery-time, and cost objectives, escalating issues when needed.
• Drive production-process and product improvements, including activities for introducing new products into production.
• Own module configuration and related administration, including open issues, out-of-specification tests, and SAP records.
• Coordinate the transfer and ongoing service of modules to internal customers while working with planners, production engineers, first-line support, and development representatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field.
• 3–5 years of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in production management, LEAN, complex working environments, and improvement projects.
• Stakeholder-management skills and a solution-oriented, proactive, and independent approach.
• Good understanding of Dutch and English is required.
• Ability to handle stressful situations and work partially in a cleanroom on a two-shift schedule.
