Team Leader Waferstage (Manufacturing)

Location: Veldhoven, Netherlands; onsite work in a two-shift schedule with partial cleanroom presence

What you will do

• Lead a Waferstage manufacturing team of approximately 12 engineers across a work center or shift.
• Secure move-rate capability and monitor performance of waferstage test facilities.
• Plan and deliver production modules within quality, delivery-time, and cost objectives.
• Drive production-process and product improvements, including new-product introduction activities.
• Own module configuration, open issues, out-of-specification tests, and SAP administration.
• Coordinate module and service transfers with internal customers and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field.
• 3–5 years of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in production management, Lean, complex working environments, and improvement projects.
• Stakeholder-management skills and a solution-oriented, proactive, and independent approach.
• Good understanding of Dutch and English is required.
• Legal authorization to access technology controlled under the United States Export Administration Regulations is required before starting work.
