Non-Technical Project/Program Management II (Semiconductor Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Support project and program objectives, including defining outcomes, milestones, viability studies, and resource plans.
• Help complete projects according to product and process specifications, budgets, resource plans, and timelines.
• Document project, program, and process development phases and share required information with other functions.
• Support data collection for materials and financial resources.
• Study new technologies relevant to assigned areas.
• Maintain compliance with company policies covering engineering and lab notebooks, patents, confidentiality, and safety.

Requirements

• Expanded conceptual knowledge in the relevant discipline and the ability to broaden capabilities.
• Understanding of key business drivers and application of this knowledge to assigned work.
• Ability to solve straightforward problems using technical experience, judgment, and established precedents.
• Ability to explain complex information in straightforward situations.
• Ability to work in environments that may require extended standing, movement in tight spaces, lifting, use of hand and power tools, and exposure to noise.
• Ability to work in a clean room and use required personal protective equipment, including coveralls, hoods, booties, safety glasses, gloves, respirators, chemical aprons, and face shields.
