Market Intelligence Analyst, Cranial and Spinal Technologies - Multiple Locations (MedTech)

Location: Onsite in Minneapolis, Minnesota; other locations include Memphis, Tennessee, and Lafayette, Colorado, United States

Salary: $72,000–$108,000 annually, plus incentive compensation

What you will do

• Maintain and refresh market models covering procedure volumes, pricing, market size, market share, and growth.
• Expand and standardize market models across global regions and manage syndicated and third-party data sources.
• Conduct primary and secondary research on technology adoption, competitors, product launches, and market dynamics.
• Maintain customer and technology segmentation and define success metrics for medical education programs and product launches.
• Prepare market share and investor relations deliverables and provide written analyses for Marketing, R&D, Business Development, and leadership.
• Build Power BI reports and datasets, improve PRM data quality, and respond to ad hoc strategic requests.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 2 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with no experience required.
• Advanced Excel skills, including modeling, lookups, and pivot tables.
• Experience in market research, market sizing, competitive intelligence, consulting, or financial analysis is preferred.
• Experience with Power BI, SQL, Snowflake, syndicated healthcare data, or quantitative disciplines is preferred.
• Medical device, healthcare, life sciences, spine, or neurosurgery experience is preferred.
• Unrestricted U.S. work authorization is required at hire and throughout employment; sponsorship is not available for this role.

• Comfort using AI tools for research and analysis while verifying their output.
• Ability to quickly learn new tools, data sources, and subject matter.
