Thin Film (CVD / ALD / PVD / Epitaxy) Module Process Engineer

What you will do

• Provide technical leadership throughout pre-sales engagements with Sales, Hardware, and Process Development teams.
• Advise customers on fab environments, process nodes, technology roadmaps, manufacturing objectives, and high-value problems.
• Analyze equipment and process performance, including critical dimension, profile, defectivity, yield, process capability, matching, output, and cost of ownership.
• Resolve complex cross-disciplinary tool and process issues and lead continuous improvement projects.
• Drive adoption of new service technologies through technical evaluations, demonstrations, presentations, and quantified business cases.
• Lead cross-functional teams, provide escalation support, and mentor engineers through knowledge transfer and best-practice development.

Requirements

• System-level integration knowledge across semiconductor process modules.
• Deep expert-level knowledge in one or more thin film process areas: CVD, ALD, PVD, or epitaxy.
• Experience working independently in ambiguous, high-impact customer environments.
• Ability to influence technical and leadership-level decisions using data-driven insights.
• Willingness to travel approximately 20% of the time.
• Relocation is not available for this position.
