Production Technician Days (Nutrition Products)

Location: Thetford, Norfolk, United Kingdom; on-site production role with rotating Monday–Friday shifts from 06:00–14:00 and 13:00–21:00

Salary: £27,000 starting salary, plus a £45.35 weekly shift allowance

What you will do

• Prepare, compound, inspect, label, and dispense pharmaceutical nutrition products according to SOPs.
• Work in a cleanroom using specialised computers and personal protective equipment.
• Maintain isolator inventory and validate aseptic techniques.
• Clean and sanitise equipment and components to regulatory standards.
• Complete routine equipment sampling, testing, and facility cleaning.
• Coordinate with quality and training departments to support compliant production.

Requirements

• GCSE or equivalent qualifications in English and Mathematics.
• High attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
• Comfort working on your feet and wearing specialised cleanroom PPE and gowns.
• Compassion and understanding that products are supplied directly to vulnerable patients.
• Experience in regulated, high-standard environments is welcomed.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practice or equivalent hygiene and safety standards from another industry.
