Accountant – Global Fixed Assets (US GAAP)

What you will do

• Prepare and review manual journals for fixed asset activity with accurate supporting documentation.
• Complete fixed asset account reconciliations in BlackLine and account for additions, disposals, transfers, and depreciation.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual close activities, including Balance Sheet and P&L flux analysis.
• Partner with local country finance teams and provide audit support for internal and external reviews.
• Ensure fixed asset accounting complies with company policies, audit requirements, and local regulations.
• Contribute to global finance projects and identify opportunities to streamline fixed asset processes.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in a multinational environment and/or audit.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and the ability to apply it to complex accounting scenarios.
• Fluent written and spoken English and Mandarin are required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting, or part-qualified ACCA, CIMA, or CPA.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Nice to have

• Experience with JDE, BlackLine, Alteryx, or W-Desk.
