ETCH Module Process Engineer (Fab Consulting)

Location: Icheon-Gwango, South Korea. Travel is required for approximately 20% of the time. Relocation is not available.

What you will do

• Lead customer discussions to identify high-value problems and develop continuous improvement projects.
• Improve customer KPIs through defect, variability, cost of ownership, preventive maintenance, process capability, matching, and output optimization.
• Demonstrate and drive adoption of service technologies through customer-site demonstrations, evaluations, and joint development programs.
• Resolve complex equipment and process issues using analytics, equipment knowledge, bill of materials, engineering change, FSS, FV360, and statement-of-work data.
• Identify opportunities for service renewal, upsell, and account penetration.
• Mentor and lead junior module process engineers.

Requirements

• Expertise in a specialized engineering discipline or field.
• Basic process integration knowledge.
• Knowledge of at least three processes across two or more technologies, or expert-level knowledge in one technology.
• Ability to solve complex problems using analytical judgment and systematic root-cause diagnostics.
• Ability to communicate difficult concepts and negotiate adoption of technical recommendations.
