Production Technician I - Kiefel (11:00pm - 7:00am)

Location: Marion, North Carolina, United States; on-site manufacturing shift from 11:00pm to 7:00am

What you will do

• Operate, monitor, and adjust Kiefel machines using electrical control panels and manual controls.
• Load production materials, replenish supplies, and perform material changeovers.
• Inspect finished medical bags, perform scheduled quality checks, and disposition products.
• Document manufacturing information in logs and the POMS system.
• Identify and correct or escalate machine inefficiencies, safety concerns, quality deviations, and mechanical issues.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area using 6S principles and follow cGMP and SOP requirements.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of production technician or manufacturing experience, including preventive maintenance and machine troubleshooting.
• Basic English written and oral communication skills are required.
• Ability to understand safety and quality instructions, read work instructions and drawings, and perform basic mathematics.
• Ability to use calculators, calipers, snap gauges, rulers, and basic hand tools.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and stand or walk continuously during the shift.
