Operations Technician - Foam

What you will do

• Assemble product components, including gluing foam with spray guns and pneumatic equipment.
• Apply materials uniformly and position components correctly to meet visual and functional quality standards.
• Clean and maintain tools, equipment, and workstations.
• Follow safety and quality guidelines while supporting continuous improvement.
• Communicate with team members and perform additional production duties as directed.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience demonstrating performance competency.
• Strong attention to detail and consistency when applying adhesives.
• Ability to work cooperatively with multiple teams and adapt to a changing environment.
• Ability to stand, walk, and handle materials throughout the shift.
• Ability to regularly lift and move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift up to 40 pounds.
• Employment eligibility verification through E-Verify is required.
