Quality Technician (12hr Overnight Shift)

Location: Denton, Texas, United States; onsite, 12-hour overnight shifts from 7 PM to 7 AM. The schedule alternates between 36 hours one week and 48 hours the next, with work every other weekend. Work visa sponsorship and relocation support are not available.

What you will do

• Verify package quality characteristics and material specifications, recording test results in the appropriate database.
• Place non-compliant materials on hold and ensure produced materials meet specifications.
• Support laminator and press operations while following safety, quality, lamination, and press procedures.
• Perform assigned Autonomous Maintenance tasks in the laboratory and on machines and attend AM meetings.
• Participate in World Class Manufacturing activities to eliminate process losses.
• Follow area safety measures and good manufacturing practices.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
• Experience in quality inspection and machine operation.
• Basic machine maintenance, computer, math, and reading comprehension skills.
• Ability to follow work directions, training manuals, safety rules, standard operating procedures, and World Class Manufacturing processes.
• Reliable work ethic and strong communication skills.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
