Salary: $80,000–$110,000 annually, with possible discretionary bonuses.

What you will do

  • Manage complex, high-risk, and litigated workers’ compensation and injury management cases across US and international jurisdictions.
  • Coordinate medical management, employee recovery, and return to work accommodations with facilities, providers, and regional stakeholders.
  • Develop and enhance global injury management, early intervention, and return to work programs.
  • Partner with third-party administrators, insurers, occupational health vendors, Human Resources, Legal, Health and Safety, and Operations.
  • Analyze claims, injury, medical, and return to work data to identify trends, risks, and prevention opportunities.
  • Advise senior leadership and support global standards, governance, training, and risk-reduction strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) and at least 5 years of experience in occupational health nursing, workers’ compensation case management, or clinical injury management.
  • Active, unrestricted US Compact Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
  • Ability to obtain RN licenses for Illinois, New York, California, and Minnesota within 6 months of employment.
  • Expertise in complex workers’ compensation claims across multiple jurisdictions and experience working with TPAs, insurers, medical providers, and legal partners.
  • Ability to interpret claims, medical, and absence data; experience supporting self-insured or large multinational employers.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, and SharePoint.

Nice to have

  • Occupational Health Nursing certification such as COHN or COHN-S.
  • Certified Case Manager (CCM) certification.
  • Familiarity with international workers’ compensation, injury management, or disability frameworks outside the United States.
