Product Manager (Healthcare)

What you will do

• Develop and execute annual marketing strategies and campaigns for assigned healthcare products in Indonesia.
• Manage distributors, operating expenses, performance metrics, and strategic marketing plans.
• Identify key accounts, support market expansion, and build relationships with key opinion leaders.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain, Medical, Regulatory, Finance, Legal, distributors, and other stakeholders to execute marketing initiatives.
• Manage portfolio operations, including leads, projects, orders, inventory, customer satisfaction, and complaints.
• Analyze competitors, sales data, forecasts, and product pipeline opportunities to support growth strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Science, or an equivalent discipline; an MBA is desirable.
• At least 3 years of relevant marketing experience.
• Experience in sales or marketing with a consistent performance record.
• Strong critical thinking, analytical, presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Leadership, key opinion leader management, and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
