Senior Director, Global Real Estate & Facilities (Healthcare)

Location: Deerfield, Illinois, United States; flexible workplace policy with a required minimum number of days onsite each week.

Salary: $200,000–$275,000 annually, with potential eligibility for discretionary bonuses, commission, and/or long-term incentives.

What you will do

• Develop and execute hirify.global's global real estate, facilities, and workplace strategy.
• Govern global standards, policies, operating frameworks, and portfolio performance.
• Oversee acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, renewals, restructuring, and portfolio optimization.
• Direct facilities operations, maintenance, workplace experience, capital planning, and project execution.
• Manage global budgets, cost optimization, vendor strategy, procurement, and service-provider performance.
• Advise senior leadership and build alignment with internal stakeholders and external partners.

Requirements

• At least 15 years of global industrial or commercial real estate experience in a corporate environment.
• Bachelor's degree in business, real estate, architecture, construction management, or a related field.
• Previous experience leading global real estate strategy, transactions, property portfolios, projects, and stakeholder engagement.
• Strong financial and asset-management expertise, including GAAP, cash flow, capital, operating expenses, investments, and real estate markets.
• Experience managing enterprise-wide global projects, large teams, vendors, negotiations, and multiple priorities.
• Real estate license or related professional designation required.
