Plant Controller (Manufacturing Finance)

Location: Aibonito, Puerto Rico

Salary: $112,000–$154,000 annual base salary, plus discretionary bonuses and long-term incentive eligibility.

What you will do

• Serve as the chief financial officer for the plant’s end-to-end supply chain and participate in the plant Senior Leadership Team.
• Oversee plant-level GAAP, SOX, and company policy compliance, including P&L and balance sheet accuracy.
• Lead month-end close, weekly reporting, quarterly forecasting, and annual and long-range planning.
• Provide financial analysis and decision support across operations, supply chain, and global finance.
• Drive performance against operating income, cash flow, and manufacturing variance commitments.
• Develop improvement plans and standardize financial processes with FP&A, finance operations, business services, and global supply chain teams.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in manufacturing or supply chain finance.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting.
• Strong experience with standard costing, budget management, and capital analysis.
• Ability to lead and implement change in a complex environment and work effectively in a global matrixed organization.
• Experience communicating with stakeholders at all organizational levels, managing indirect relationships, and building business cases.
• Experience with Lean concepts and tools is preferred.
