Customer Senior Analyst

Location: Minneapolis, MN, USA; hybrid work with 3 days in the office

Salary: $75,800–$141,700 in Zone C, $83,400–$155,900 in Zone B, or $90,900–$170,100 in Zone A, depending on work location.

What you will do

• Support the Target customer strategy through sales reporting, analytics, and strategic planning.
• Contribute to forecasting for base, promotional, and total volume projections.
• Lead risk assessment and volatility analysis to reduce forecasting error.
• Drive monthly KPI tracking and communicate performance gaps and forward-looking projections.
• Analyze headwinds, tailwinds, and actionable opportunities for the sales team.
• Partner with account managers, sales directors, General Managers, and Business Units on customer tracking and planning.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent related experience.
• 3–5+ years of experience in sales analysis, forecasting, or business analytics, preferably in retail or CPG.
• Strong Excel and data visualization skills, including Power BI or Tableau.
• Experience with forecasting tools, ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle, and CRM platforms.
• Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and present to senior leadership.
• Strong communication, collaboration, attention to detail, and independent project-delivery skills.
