Commercial Deposit Relationship Manager

What you will do

• Acquire new commercial deposit relationships and establish primary banking relationships.
• Manage an assigned portfolio of commercial deposit clients, driving retention, balance growth, and satisfaction.
• Identify treasury and cash management needs and partner with Treasury Management Specialists to recommend solutions.
• Develop and execute business development plans, contact schedules, and calling programs to achieve growth objectives.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities for non-credit financial products and services.
• Build prospect and client relationships through referrals, networking, community involvement, and customer support.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of sales and relationship management experience.
• 5–7 years of experience with commercial products and services.
• Strong understanding of business deposit accounts and treasury or cash management concepts.
• Proven ability to generate new business, manage a portfolio, and meet growth targets.
• Ability to travel when required, work under stress, meet deadlines, and perform essential physical and operational duties.
