Regional Banking Relationship Manager III

What you will do

• Acquire new business relationships and develop profitable relationships with existing business banking customers.
• Meet with business owners to understand needs, recommend solutions across the bank, and negotiate pricing and fees.
• Manage portfolios of approximately 30–80 clients, including quarterly reviews, credit analysis and reporting, documentation, renewals, and maturing loans.
• Coordinate loan approvals and ensure credit packages are accurate and complete with the Huntington Loan Center and Commercial Loan Servicing.
• Monitor daily overdrafts and support collections and workout teams with information on past-due and graded credits.
• Build external referral networks and collaborate with branch staff and internal product partners to deliver customer solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of four-year education and business banking or commercial experience.
• At least 5 years of business banking or commercial banking experience.
• Knowledge of business banking products, bank policies, procedures, products, and services.
• Analytical, credit, negotiating, organizational, multitasking, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and PC proficiency.
