What you will do

• Lead end-to-end program management for large IT implementations across multiple workstreams and vendors.
• Manage senior client relationships and advise on program execution and governance.
• Establish and operate executive steering committees, decision forums, and other governance structures.
• Drive integrated planning and orchestration across business and IT teams.
• Coordinate vendors and stakeholders while managing risks, dependencies, and issue resolution.
• Oversee program financials, performance management, value realization, and delivery outcomes.

Requirements

• 15–20+ years of experience in transformation consulting or program leadership.
• Experience leading large, multi-vendor, cross-functional programs, including post-merger integration or similar transformations.
• Ability to engage executive stakeholders and translate strategy into executable delivery plans.
• Strong experience in program governance, value realization, and stakeholder management.
• PMP certification or equivalent.
• Experience with PMO tooling ecosystems such as Jira, Planview, or DevOps.
