Card Solutions Specialist (Electronic Banking)

What you will do

• Process new consumer and commercial card account setups, credit limit adjustments, and account updates.
• Handle high-volume ServiceNow tickets, digital self-service escalations, and account inquiries.
• Research complex account issues and respond to transaction, account status, dispute, and service questions by phone and email.
• Prepare recurring and ad-hoc operational reports, analyze trends, and support process improvements.
• Monitor account activity and collaborate with fraud and compliance teams on risk indicators and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in testing and feedback for electronic banking system enhancements and upgrades.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years of experience in banking, financial services, or customer service operations.
• Experience with card servicing, account maintenance, or electronic banking systems is strongly preferred.
• Working knowledge of banking regulations, operational controls, and fraud monitoring is preferred.
• Ability to work under stress, meet deadlines, interpret documents, operate relevant equipment, and travel if required.
