Senior Solutions Architect - Digital Banking Solutions (Fintech)

What you will do

• Define and document end-to-end architectures for mobile banking apps, online banking portals, backend services, and digital banking platforms.
• Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and innovative technical solutions in collaboration with product managers, engineers, business leaders, clients, and internal teams.
• Design integration strategies for core banking systems, payment gateways, identity management solutions, and third-party APIs.
• Evaluate technologies, tools, platforms, and frameworks to improve scalability, performance, security, and customer experience.
• Establish architectural principles, design patterns, coding standards, and governance practices.
• Provide technical guidance, support strategic planning and project management, and direct technical and operational project activities as needed.

Requirements

• College degree in Computer Science or a related field, plus at least five years of experience in application analysis, systems development, or systems design, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least five years of experience with major technology platforms, multiple technologies, software development, and design techniques.
• Experience with technology strategy and architecture development, preferably in financial services.
• Strong knowledge of banking industry processes, banking systems, project management, and development approaches.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Visio, Project, and Outlook.
• Strong communication, presentation, analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
