Assistant Product Manager – IB

What you will do

• Support pricing strategies, annual price reviews, price lists, promotional pricing, discount structures, and volume-based pricing models for consumables and spare parts.
• Track gross margin, price realization, SKU performance, profitability trends, and other pricing metrics.
• Maintain pricing dashboards, reports, business review materials, and product data using analytics and business intelligence tools.
• Support ink innovation projects by collecting customer requirements, coordinating development and validation activities, and preparing launch-readiness materials.
• Build business cases for new or improved inks and track trials, customer feedback, adoption, and post-launch performance.
• Coordinate with Product Management, Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, R&D, Quality, Regulatory, and commercial teams on pricing and portfolio initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Chemicals, Supply Chain, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in product management, pricing, commercial operations, supply chain, or business analysis.
• Strong analytical, market research, communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint; CRM, ERP, or business intelligence experience is beneficial.
• Fluent English and Chinese, both written and spoken, are required.
• Experience with consumables or spare parts and knowledge of chemicals are preferred.
