Product Manager Adjacent Technologies East (Vacuum)

What you will do

• Develop and maintain competitive product roadmaps for centrifugal and high-flow vacuum solutions.
• Assess market size, trends, customer needs, applications, and competitor positioning across selected East markets.
• Lead product development, lifecycle management, launch activities, product promotion campaigns, and time-to-market improvements.
• Define product positioning, segment target markets, analyze competitor pricing, and establish value-based pricing strategies.
• Create product messaging, training materials, selection tools, value calculators, and ROI models to support sales.
• Support customer centres, business development managers, and application managers with technical guidance, key projects, training, and growth initiatives.

Requirements

• Experience in technical, sales, or marketing roles within hirify.global or an international group.
• Strong business and commercial awareness with the ability to analyze business opportunities.
• Degree-level education in engineering or a science discipline.
• Strong influencing, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to cooperate across cultures and build effective relationships with senior-level stakeholders.
• Full professional proficiency in spoken and written English is required; international travel to customer centres is required.

Nice to have

• Technical knowledge of vacuum science, vacuum products, and their applications.
• Knowledge of additional languages.
