What you will do
- Serve walk-in customers as a financial concierge and provide accurate, efficient transaction processing.
- Identify customer financial goals and recommend appropriate deposit and banking products.
- Retain and grow consumer and business relationships through follow-up, outbound calling, referrals, and a structured sales process.
- Educate customers and refer them to other areas of the bank to deepen relationships.
- Resolve customer issues while following operational, security, risk, and regulatory procedures.
- Balance daily transactions and perform other assigned duties.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED plus at least one year of customer service experience or qualifying military service, or a bachelor's degree.
- Current authorization to work full-time in the United States is required.
- Demonstrated ability in customer service, sales, relationship management, banking, communication, and presentations.
- Ability to understand and explain consumer deposit products.
Nice to have
- At least one year of customer service experience in banking, financial services, or goal-driven retail sales.
- Cash-handling experience.
- Comfort using mobile services and online banking technology.
