IT Business Analyst (Oracle Financials)

Location: Hybrid position based in the Netherlands or Germany

What you will do

• Partner with financial business users to document processes, challenges, opportunities, and requirements.
• Prepare functional design documents, monitor project progress, and test solutions before release.
• Support and improve Oracle e-Business Suite and related integrated financial applications.
• Provide hands-on troubleshooting and customer support, meeting standard service-level targets.
• Drive process rationalization and standardization across global business units.
• Document support requests and change requests in Atlassian Jira and Confluence, and support ITGC/SOx audit activities.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as an Oracle Business Analyst or in a similar IT or financial business role.
• Experience with Oracle e-Business Suite 12.2, especially General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, E-Business Tax, Cash Management, and EMEA localizations.
• SQL experience and a history of delivering solutions from requirements gathering through deployment and ongoing support.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent education and experience.
• Experience working in cross-functional project teams as both a contributor and a lead.
