Business Product Analyst Reward & Retain

Location: Amstelveen, Netherlands, with working from home where the position allows it; up to 8 weeks of working from abroad in the EU and Caribbean may be available.

Salary: €3,796.93–€5,424.18 gross per month.

What you will do

• Improve HR and payroll processes supporting digital HR products.
• Work with HR Shared Service Centre and Compensation & Benefits users to understand processes and requirements.
• Translate user needs and stakeholder input into practical product solutions.
• Design workflows for digital HR products and contribute to product development.
• Support testing, analyse product impact, help users adopt the tool, and resolve issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree, or equivalent relevant professional experience.
• Two to four years of experience in business analysis or a comparable role.
• Experience with process design, change management, and digital product development in a complex environment.
• Ability to work across HR, IT, end-user needs, and end-to-end processes.
• Fluent written and spoken Dutch and English are required.
