Location: Primary work location in Amstelveen, Netherlands, with hybrid work and, where the position allows, up to 8 weeks of work from abroad in the EU and Caribbean.

Salary: €3,796.93–€5,424.18 gross per month.

What you will do

• Analyze and improve HR and payroll-related processes and digital products.
• Collaborate with HR Shared Service Centre and Compensation & Benefits users to define requirements.
• Design workflows that support effective use of digital HR tools.
• Translate user needs into concrete product improvements and implementation actions.
• Support testing, analyze product impact, and resolve user issues.
• Contribute to product development using data and user feedback.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree, or equivalent relevant professional experience.
• Two to four years of experience in business analysis or a comparable role.
• Experience with process design and change management.
• Experience with digital product development in a complex environment.
• Fluent written and spoken Dutch and English.
• Ability to work across HR, IT, end-user, and stakeholder perspectives.

• Affinity with payroll.
