Location: Must be based in or able to work from Eindhoven (NL) in a hybrid format

Salary: €5,030 – €7,183 gross per month

What you will do

• Act as the primary contact for stakeholders across business, IT, compliance, and data science.
• Define mutual goals and ensure alignment between business requirements and technical architecture.
• Create and explain data models while conducting gap analyses between current and target data products.
• Design functional and technical solutions, translating them into actionable work items for the team.
• Facilitate efficient testing and validate that delivered solutions meet business requirements.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation to improve adoption and reusability across the domain.

Requirements

• Dutch: Fluent (C1+) required
• English: Professional working proficiency (B2/C1) required
• 3 to 5 years of professional experience as an information/business analyst or product manager.
• Strong affinity with data warehousing projects and data normalization techniques.
• Experience with Python, SQL, and Databricks for advanced data analysis.
• Banking knowledge, preferably within the mortgage domain.

Nice to have

• Experience with Global Data & Analytics Platform.
• Experience with Azure cloud.
