Sr Product Manager - Cost Estimation

Salary: $146,900–$183,600 per year, plus bonus or variable incentive pay

What you will do

• Define and own the product strategy, roadmap, priorities, and business cases for the capital cost estimation portfolio.
• Lead product execution as the primary Solution Manager within a Scaled Agile Framework environment.
• Coordinate with R&D leaders, architects, and Agile Release Trains while managing the product backlog in Azure DevOps and writing actionable features.
• Partner with R&D teams to integrate complex calculations and data fabric architectures for high performance and data integrity.
• Translate capital cost estimation workflows into intuitive web experiences with UX/UI designers, domain experts, and stakeholders.
• Conduct user and market discovery, analyze usage data and trends, and support Sales and solution consulting customer engagements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical or business field.
• 5+ years of experience in enterprise software Product Management, preferably in engineering, construction, or adjacent software domains.
• Strong understanding of capital cost estimation, cost modeling, or heavy industrial project planning.
• Proven experience leading product development and using customer feedback, product usage data, and market trends to plan features.
• Deep expertise in the Scaled Agile Framework and hands-on Azure DevOps backlog management.
• Exceptional communication skills for bridging technical engineering teams and business stakeholders.
