What you will do

• Lead execution of the enterprise learning strategy in alignment with organizational goals and business needs.
• Oversee the development, delivery, and continuous improvement of instructor-led and blended training programs, including regulatory content.
• Manage the L&D team by setting goals, monitoring progress, and coordinating resources, tools, and timelines.
• Partner with business leaders to diagnose performance issues, identify learning needs, and recommend development solutions.
• Maintain the master training calendar and coordinate learning activities across departments.
• Manage external learning partnerships, vendors, training infrastructure, and learning technologies while measuring program effectiveness.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Human Capital Development, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least 7 years of progressive Learning & Development experience, including 5 years managing teams and enterprise training delivery.
• Expertise in adult learning theory, instructional design, program evaluation, and resource or project management.
• Experience identifying training needs, developing solutions, and consulting with senior leaders on learning strategy.
• Strong interpersonal, coaching, communication, and facilitation skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, LMS platforms, and virtual learning tools.
