Manager, Accounting Operations (Financial Systems): Leading the strategy, architecture, integrations, controls, and operational continuity of enterprise financial systems supporting general ledger and financial reporting with an accent on ERP modernization, data integrity, regulatory compliance, and system governance. Focus on designing financial systems roadmaps, managing GL-impacting changes and reconciliations, mitigating technology risks, and leading transformation initiatives across Finance, IT, Risk, and Operations.

What you will do
- Own the enterprise financial systems strategy and roadmap, including ERP implementations, upgrades, and process transformation.
- Provide Finance systems leadership for GL-impacting architecture, integrations, interfaces, data flows, and batch processing.
- Maintain the integrity and accuracy of financial data used for internal, external, regulatory, and audited reporting.
- Oversee accounting systems controls, reconciliations, testing, validation, implementation standards, and remediation with audit and risk partners.
- Lead disaster recovery, automation, digitization, and process optimization initiatives across Finance systems.
- Direct vendor relationships and develop managers responsible for reconciliations and asset management systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in Accounting Systems, preferably in banking or financial services.
- Working knowledge of the banking or financial services industry.
- Strong expertise in accounting systems and reporting tools.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
- Ability to work under stress, meet deadlines, travel when required, and perform the physical requirements of the role.
