Accounting Manager

What you will do

• Lead global month-end close, record-to-report activities, journal entries, and financial statement preparation.
• Oversee general ledger operations, chart of accounts governance, foreign exchange accounting, and accounting processes across legal entities.
• Manage global consolidation and reporting through SAP Group Reporting, including intercompany matching, reconciliations, and eliminations.
• Drive compliance with U.S. GAAP, SOX requirements, company policies, and internal and external audit activities.
• Lead SAP stabilization, finance transformation, automation, process standardization, and workflow improvement initiatives.
• Lead, mentor, and develop accounting team members while partnering with Finance, FP&A, Tax, Treasury, Payroll, AP, AR, and Operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting is required.
• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Experience managing month-end close and global accounting operations.
• Experience managing, developing, and leading accounting teams.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, internal controls, compliance, and financial reporting.
• Experience with SAP ERP is highly preferred.

Nice to have

• CPA strongly preferred.
• CMA or an equivalent professional certification.
• Experience within multinational organizations.
