Financial Center Leader (Banking)

Location: St Francisville, Louisiana, United States; financial center hours include weekends and some evenings.

What you will do

• Lead, hire, train, coach, and motivate associates across one or more financial centers.
• Set strategic objectives, conduct performance reviews, and build succession-ready talent.
• Drive sales and service performance through consultative sales planning and relationship management.
• Develop consumer and small business relationships, including businesses with up to $1 million in annual revenue.
• Lead outreach through calls, meetings, seminars, and events while promoting digital and self-service channels.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, operational efficiency, risk management, fraud mitigation, and regulatory compliance.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
• At least 2 years of banking or financial services experience.
• At least 1 year of successful sales experience as an individual contributor or manager.
• Strong communication, client service, interpersonal, analytical, and financial statement interpretation skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities, work under stress, meet deadlines, and lead in a dynamic retail banking environment.
• Ability to travel as needed and lift, move, or carry approximately 25 pounds when required.

Nice to have

• At least 1 year of supervisory or management experience.
• Bachelor's degree.
