Sr. Director, Entertainment Partnerships

Salary: $80,000–$120,000 per year

What you will do

• Identify, develop, and cultivate partnership opportunities across film and IP, television, streaming, gaming, digital platforms, branded content, lifestyle, and brand collaborations.
• Build relationships with studios, networks, streamers, gaming companies, platforms, rights holders, talent, creators, and other entertainment partners.
• Develop and pitch ideas connecting client objectives with entertainment, audience, and cultural opportunities.
• Negotiate and help structure partnerships involving IP, content, talent, distribution, experiences, and other assets.
• Advise senior clients and lead initiatives from opportunity identification and concept development through negotiation, activation, and launch.
• Help grow the entertainment partnerships offering, mentor junior team members, and expand the agency’s industry network.

Requirements

• 7+ years of relevant experience in entertainment partnerships, brand partnerships, business development, integrated marketing, sponsorships, content, or related fields.
• Deep knowledge of the entertainment ecosystem, media, culture, and partnerships.
• Demonstrated experience developing, pitching, negotiating, and closing partnership opportunities.
• Experience working with senior clients, external partners, and multiple stakeholders.
• Strong storytelling, presentation, relationship-building, and commercial skills.
• Ability to navigate deal structures, rights, IP, business affairs, and complex partnership execution.
