What you will do

• Manage, retain, and expand existing commercial banking relationships across a portfolio of up to 75 clients.
• Prospect for new loan and deposit relationships and execute business development plans focused on targeted industries.
• Identify client needs and cross-sell lending, treasury management, and other financial products.
• Partner with commercial underwriters and internal departments to assess credit risk and structure appropriate credit solutions.
• Monitor portfolio credit quality, manage risks, and ensure loans remain current and compliant with approved terms.
• Assemble financial information and coordinate complete loan packages for approval presentations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, with a major in Accounting or Finance.
• 5–7 years of relationship management experience selling banking products.
• Extensive knowledge of credit and non-credit products.
• Proficiency in credit underwriting and financial analysis.
• Knowledge of commercial loan products, lending practices, and compliance regulations.
• Ability to comply with applicable federal, state, local, banking, and industry regulations, including the Bank Secrecy Act.
