Location: Jackson, TN, United States; office-based. Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

What you will do

• Manage an assigned portfolio of high-value customers across multiple bank branches.
• Identify customer financial goals and recommend suitable deposit, lending, investment, and credit products.
• Grow customer relationships through appointments, outside calling, referrals, and a structured sales process.
• Educate customers about banking products and online, mobile, and ATM technology.
• Build internal partnerships and refer customers to other areas of the bank.
• Follow operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies and procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 2 years of customer service and sales experience in banking, financial services, or goal-driven retail sales, with investment or lending exposure.
• At least 3 of the required FINRA and insurance licenses must be active: Series 6 or 7, Series 63 or 66, State Life and Health Insurance License, and SIE.
• Any remaining required licenses must be obtained within 120 days of hire.
• Knowledge of banking products, investments, lending, sales, customer service, relationship management, and presentations.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and comfort with online and mobile banking technology.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree.
• At least 2 years of banking or financial-services sales experience focused on investments or business lending.
• Experience managing a book of business and building, deepening, and retaining customer relationships.
